Extended Service Hours Sample Clauses

The Extended Service Hours clause defines the conditions under which services will be provided beyond the standard or regular operating hours. Typically, this clause specifies the days and times considered as extended hours, such as evenings, weekends, or holidays, and may outline any additional fees or requirements for service during these periods. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties understand when and how services can be accessed outside normal hours, thereby preventing misunderstandings and clarifying expectations regarding availability and potential extra costs.
