Common use of EXTENDED TERM OF THE LEASE Clause in Contracts

EXTENDED TERM OF THE LEASE. Section 1(g) of the Initial Lease is hereby amended to extend the Term of the Lease for an additional term ("Second Extended Term") commencing on December 1, 2006 ("Second Extended Term Commencement Date") and terminating on the last day of the thirty-sixth (36th) full calendar month following the Expansion Space Addition Date ("Expiration Date" or "Second Extended Term Expiration Date").
