Common use of Extension Documentation Clause in Contracts

Extension Documentation. As soon as practicable following an extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to this Section 2.7, Borrower shall, if requested by Agent, execute and deliver an amendment of and/or restatement of the Note and shall, if requested by Agent, (a) enter into such amendments to the related Loan Documents as may be reasonably required to evidence the extension of the Maturity Date as provided in this Section 2.7; provided, however, that no failure by Borrower to enter into any such amendments and/or restatements shall affect the rights or obligations of Borrower or Agent with respect to the extension of the Maturity Date, and no such amendments shall materially increase the obligations or decrease the rights of Borrower or Guarantor under the Loan Documents and (b) cause Guarantor to reaffirm the obligations of Guarantor under the Guaranty and Environmental Indemnity Agreement.
