Extension of Deadlines. By mutual written consent between the parties, an appeal submitted after February 1st may be submitted for consideration by the Meet and Confer Council. In such instances, if the Council's decision upholds the appeal, and the official seniority list has already been published, a copy of the Council's decision shall be attached to and shall become part of the official list.
