Extension of Initial Contract Period. 3.1 Subject to satisfactory performance of its obligations under the Contract by the Supplier during the Initial Contract Period, the Customer may, by giving written notice to the Supplier not less than three (3) Months prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for any further period specified in the Order Form. The provisions of the Contract will apply throughout any such extended period.
