Common use of EXTENSION OF LEASE Clause in Contracts

EXTENSION OF LEASE. The Initial Term of the Lease shall be extended for an additional five (5) years from and after January 31, 2009, so that the term of the Lease shall extend to and include January 31, 2014 (the “Extended Initial Term”).

EXTENSION OF LEASE. Term The Initial Original Lease(s) expired or will expire on November 19, 2020 (“Expiration Date”). The Parties hereby extend the Lease Term on a month-to-month basis, commencing on the Expiration Date, and on the same terms and conditions of the Lease shall be extended for an additional five (5) years from and after January 31Original Lease(s), 2009except as modified herein, so that the term of the Lease shall extend to and include January 31, 2014 (the “Extended Initial Term”)until this Agreement is terminated or canceled as permitted herein.

EXTENSION OF LEASE. The Initial Term term of the Lease shall be with respect to the entire Premises, which is currently scheduled to expire on October 31, 2016, is hereby extended for an additional a period of five (5) years from and after January 31, 2009, so that the term of the Lease shall extend to and include January 31, 2014 (the “Extended Initial Revised Term”) commencing as of November 1, 2016 (the “Revised Commencement Date”) and continuing until and expiring on October 31, 2021 (the “Revised Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease, as hereby amended.

EXTENSION OF LEASE. The Initial Term term of the Lease shall be Original Lease, as extended by the Extension Agreements, is hereby extended for an additional five (5) years from and after January 31years, 2009, so such that the term Lease for the Premises shall now expire on February 28, 2028 unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the Original Lease shall extend to and include January 31, 2014 (the “Extended Initial Term”)or this Agreement.
