Common use of Extension of Service Clause in Contracts

Extension of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MMI shall extend service as requested by the City, in which event the Parties shall negotiate a reasonable fee adjustment in good faith in advance. Within 45 days following commencement of services under this Agreement, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to establish additional reasonable and attainable service level requirements consistent with the Parties' reasonable needs based on the vehicle, trip data, 1241692/59917676v.1 headways, software, uptime, and other ridership data available. Service level requirements shall not exceed 4 vehicles available for demand response at any given time.
