Extension of Shift. This shall apply when employees are asked to remain at work beyond the completion of their regular shift. The maximum is five (5) hours for eight (8) hour shifts and three (3) hours for tenten (10) hour shifts. This shall not trigger Extra Day overtime on any specific shift. The employer reserves the right to call Extra Day overtime on any specific shift. Employees will be assigned to functions based on overall seniority and qualification. They are considered to be in the General Warehouse classification. From that point on, Article 9.03/▇▇▇ Daily Upgrades applies.
