Common use of Extension of Terms Clause in Contracts

Extension of Terms. The Initial Term of the TA Agreement, the Initial Term of the Blue Sky Agreement, and the current Rollover Period of the Fund Accounting Agreement are each hereby extended through August 30, 2007.
