Extension of the Lease. At the expiration of the term of the lease, Party B shall have the right of first refusal to extend the lease upon the same condition.

Subject to the provisions of paragraphs (B) through (D) hereinbelow, the Lessee is entitled to an extension of the Lease Period by an additional period of forty-nine (49) years on the condition that the Lessee shall have notified the Lessor to this effect within the last 12 months preceding the expiry of the Lease Period. C. In the event of change of destination of the land containing the Premises, the Lessor shall be under no obligation to extend the lease period.
D. Any extension of the Lease Period shall be subject to compliance with all of the following conditions:
(1) The Lessee shall have complied with all the provisions of this Contract;
(2) Not later than the expiry of the Lease Period, the Lessee shall have signed a new lease contract containing the terms of the new lease as provided hereinabove.
