Common use of Extension of Time Limit Clause in Contracts

Extension of Time Limit. The Adjutant General may extend the appeal time limit when the employee indicates that they were not notified of the time limit or were otherwise not aware of it, or that circumstances beyond their control prevented the submission of the appeal within the time limit.
