  • Modification or Renegotiation This agreement may be modified only by written agreement signed by the parties hereto. The parties agree to renegotiate the agreement if federal and/or state revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes in this agreement necessary.

  • Renewal, Extension or Rearrangement All provisions of this Agreement relating to Obligations shall apply with equal force and effect to each and all promissory notes executed hereafter which in whole or in part represent a renewal, extension for any period, increase, or rearrangement of any part of the Obligations originally represented by any part of such other Obligations.

  • Renegotiation The contract may be renegotiated at any time by the parties, based upon appropriate and reasonable changes in circumstances upon which the original terms of the contract were based.

  • Extension Time limits specified in this Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement.

  • Extension; Waiver At any time prior to the Effective Time any party hereto may, to the extent legally allowed, (i) extend the time for the performance of any of the obligations or other acts of the other parties hereto, (ii) waive any inaccuracies in the representations and warranties made to such party contained herein or in any document delivered pursuant hereto and (iii) waive compliance with any of the agreements or conditions for the benefit of such party contained herein. Any agreement on the part of a party hereto to any such extension or waiver shall be valid only if set forth in an instrument in writing signed on behalf of such party.
