Modification or Renegotiation Sample Clauses

The Modification or Renegotiation clause establishes the process by which the terms of an agreement can be changed after it has been executed. Typically, this clause requires that any amendments or renegotiations be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties involved, ensuring that informal or unilateral changes are not valid. Its core function is to provide a clear and mutually agreed-upon method for updating the contract, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over unauthorized or ambiguous modifications.
