Extension Period Payments. In the event the Study is not completed by ICON during the term of this Agreement, for any of the following reasons, Carrington shall have ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ to extend the period of the Study on a month-by-month basis, by paying staff costs in the sum of $US($49,156)(Forty nine thousand, one hundred and fifty six US dollars) plus expenses per month (or part of a month), such payment to be made on or before the first day of each month (or part of a month), so extended. Such reasons are: (a) Carrington fails to pr▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Study Drug, or other information or materials required by the Protocol by one month from the date of this agreement. (b) Carrington requests a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇hange in the Study that materially affects the progress of the Study. (c) The progress of the Study is delayed due to causes customarily considered as force majeure, including fire, strike, war, embargo, delays in transportation, inability to obtain necessary supplies, or the act of any regulatory or governmental authority.
Extension Period Payments. An extension fees will be payable by Recipient immediately upon each acceptance by the Supplier of any extension request by the Recipient under clause 2.4 (Supply Period Extension). The amount of the extension fees has to be paid per month, and is payable in [advance] [arrears] by the 1st week of each month during the Supply Period after the Initial Supply Period [or increased amount notified by the Supplier as its then current supply charge rate].

  • Extension Period Any extension hereof shall be subject to the provisions of Article III hereof.

  • Payment Period Whenever a payment under this Agreement specifies a payment period with reference to a number of days, the actual date of payment within the specified period shall be within the sole discretion of Company.

  • Date Increment Due Increments shall accrue and become due and payable on the next day following completion of required service as an employee in the class, unless otherwise provided herein.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property. All rights under this Section shall terminate upon the expiration of the Extension Period.

  • Extension Term The Term of this Lease of all of the Premises may be extended for the Extension Term by unconditional written notice from Tenant to Landlord at least twelve (12) (but not more than fifteen (15)) months before the end of the Initial Term, time being of the essence. If Tenant does not timely exercise this option, or if on the date of such notice or at the beginning of the Extension Term (i) an Event of Default by Tenant exists, or (ii) Tenant is not leasing sixty percent (60%) or more of the Premises, or (iii) Tenant has made any Transfer under Article 13 (other than a Related Party Transfer), at Landlord’s option upon written notice to Tenant, Tenant’s right to extend the Term of this Lease shall irrevocably lapse and be void and of no further force and effect, Tenant shall have no further right to extend, and this Lease shall expire at the end of the Initial Term. If Tenant fails to timely exercise its rights hereunder, then within seven (7) days of Landlord’s request therefor, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a certification, in recordable form, confirming the Tenant’s failure to exercise (or waiver of) such right, and Tenant’s failure to so execute and deliver such certification shall (without limiting Landlord’s remedies on account thereof) entitle Landlord to execute and deliver to any third party, and record, an affidavit confirming the failure or waiver, which affidavit shall be binding on Tenant and may be conclusively relied on by third parties. All references to the Term shall mean the Initial Term as it may be extended by the Extension Term. The Extension Term shall be on all the same terms and conditions except that the Base Rent for the Extension Term shall be as set forth below.
