Extensive Damage. If the damages referred to in Section 8.02 shall be so extensive as to render the Premises untenantable, but capable of being repaired in thirty (30) days, the same shall be repaired with due diligence by the Authority at its own cost and expense, subject to the limitations of Section 9.05, and an appropriate portion of the fees and concession privilege fee in the under Section 5.01 shall ▇▇▇▇▇ from the time of such damage until such time as the Premises are fully restored and certified by the Authority's engineers as ready for occupancy; provided, however, that if said damage is caused by the act or omission of the Contractor, its sublessees, agents, or employees, the applicable rentals and fees shall not ▇▇▇▇▇ and to the extent that such damage or destruction is not covered by insurance, the Contractor shall be responsible for reimbursing the Authority for the cost and expense incurred in such repair.
