Common use of Extent of Services Clause in Contracts

Extent of Services. The Executive shall devote his entire ------------------ business time, attention, and energies to the business of the Company during the term of the Executive's employment with the Company. The foregoing, however, shall not preclude the Executive from engaging in appropriate civic, charitable, or religious activities or from devoting a reasonable amount of time to private investments or from serving on boards of directors of other entities, as long as such activities and services do not interfere or conflict with his responsibilities to the Company.

Extent of Services. The Executive shall devote his entire ------------------ business time, attention, attention and energies to his position on an as-needed basis and may, during the Term, be engaged in other business activities, provided that such business activities do not compete with the business of the Company during the term of the Executive's employment with or diminish his ability to provide his services to the Company. The foregoingExecutive also agrees to serve, however, shall not preclude the Executive from engaging in appropriate civic, charitable, or religious activities or from devoting a reasonable amount of time to private investments or from serving on boards of directors of other entitieswithout additional compensation, as long as such activities and services do not interfere or conflict with his responsibilities to a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Services required to be performed for the Company hereunder shall also include any of its subsidiaries.

The foregoing, however, shall not preclude interests of the Executive from engaging in appropriate civic, charitable, Company or religious activities or from devoting a reasonable amount that would interfere with the performance of time to private investments or from serving on boards of directors of other entities, as long as such activities Executive’s duties and services do not interfere or conflict with his responsibilities to the Company.
