External collaboration. 1. When carrying out the research activities covered by this Contract, the Contracting Party is authorised to make use of personnel from outside the Politecnico, through research allowances or study grants. In such an event, part of the sum indicated in article 5 may be destined to those external collaborators involved in carrying out specific activities related to the research programme covered by this contract.
External collaboration. In order to harmonize other ESFRI engaged in the Life Science domain a meeting was held in Hinxton, U.K., November 16-17, 2009, between members of BBMRI and ELIXIR. On behalf of these two initiatives, a joint statement was drafted for future collaboration.
External collaboration. The University recognises the need to remain and increase its vigilance going forward, and has welcomed the Federal Government's University Foreign Interference Taskforce (UFIT) to provide greater certainty around international research relationships. UQ Vice-Chancellor ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ has been chosen by the Government to be a member of the steering group, as well as having been a Defence Ministerial appointment to the Strengthened Defence Export Controls Steering Group. The University's Chief Information Officer, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, is also on the Cyber Security Working Group.

  • Scope of Collaboration As part of the collaboration, the Controllers will act as Joint Controller. The roles of the Controller and the associated tasks are specified in more detail in Appendix 1. If one party is solely responsible for a data processing operation, this party will implement all relevant data protection provisions on its own responsibility. However, such data processing procedures are not subject to this Agreement. Joint data processing and the type of Personal Data collected and processed within the framework of collaboration are specified in Appendix 1.

  • Research Collaboration Upon FibroGen’s request, the Parties will discuss conducting a research program funded by AstraZeneca and directed toward franchise enhancement and lifecycle management for HIF Compounds or other topics that the Parties determine relevant to the Products and the Field. Upon agreement on the terms of such research program, the Parties will enter into a separate agreement or amend this Agreement accordingly.

  • Collaboration activities 4.1 The Collaboration Suppliers will perform the Collaboration Activities and all other obligations of this Agreement in accordance with the Detailed Collaboration Plan. 4.2 The Collaboration Suppliers will provide all additional cooperation and assistance as is reasonably required by the Buyer to ensure the continuous delivery of the services under the Call-Off Contract. 4.3 The Collaboration Suppliers will ensure that their respective subcontractors provide all cooperation and assistance as set out in the Detailed Collaboration Plan.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.
