External Resources and Consultants. In the event that a client needs a service that is included in the Treatment Plan, but such service cannot be provided by the SRF, the SRF will utilize an external resource or consultant to provide such service. The SRF will arrange for transportation to the resource as required. At all times, and contingent on client individual Treatment Plans, clients will be included in the development of the services in this section.
