Face Amount of Drafts Clause Samples

Face Amount of Drafts. The aggregate face amount of an issue of Drafts to be accepted on any particular date of a requested Borrowing must be C$5,000,000 or a whole number multiple of C$1,000,000 in excess thereof. The face amount of each Acceptance shall be a whole number multiple of C$100,000. The Canadian Agent will round allocations among the Canadian Tranche Lenders to ensure that each Acceptance issued has a face amount which is a whole number multiple of C$100,000, and such rounded allocation shall constitute the Canadian Tranche Lenders’ respective Canadian Tranche Percentages of an issue of Acceptances for the purposes of this Agreement.
Face Amount of Drafts. The aggregate face amount of an issue of Drafts to be accepted on any particular Borrowing Date must be CAD1,000,000 or a whole number multiple of CAD100,000 in excess thereof. The face amount of each Draft must be a whole number multiple of CAD100,000.
Face Amount of Drafts. The aggregate face amount of an issue of Drafts to be accepted on any particular Borrowing Date must be CAD1,000,000 (in the case of the Canadian Revolving Facility) and CAD500,000 (in the case of the Canadian Swing Line) or, in each case, a whole number multiple of CAD100,000 in excess thereof. The face amount of each Draft must be a whole number multiple of CAD100,000.

  • Amount of facility Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Lenders shall make available to the Borrowers, a senior secured post-delivery term loan facility, in two Advances, in an aggregate amount of up to $164,000,000.

  • Amount of Loan The Loan shall comprise the aggregate amount of Tranches disbursed by the Bank under the Credit, as confirmed by the Bank pursuant to Article 2.03.

  • Amount of Fee The Website Hosting and TSR Delivery Fee shall be based on the number of Funds invested in by Contract Owners.

  • Amount of Borrowing Tranche Each Borrowing Tranche of Loans under the LIBOR Rate Option shall be in integral multiples of $500,000 and not less than $1,000,000; and

  • Maximum Drawing Amount The maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.
