Facility Improvements. (a) STG shall not undertake any improvements or alterations to the Town Hall Theatre without written authorization by the Town. Such improvements shall be completely paid for by STG unless otherwise agreed by the Town. (b) STG is hereby authorized to install a portable and temporary stage extension consisting of approximately 250 square feet, to be appended to the existing fixed stage (the "thrust"). The thrust shall be considered temporary and therefore must be removed upon a minimum notice of seven (7) calendar days. The Town or Schools shall be exempt from any cost to remove, store or re install the thrust. STG may charge up to $250 to any other user that request it be removed. The area underneath the thrust shall not be used for any storage. (c) The temporary construction, installation and removal of stage sets shall not be considered an improvement or alteration and is therefore exempt from the provisions of this Section. (d) All improvements, additions and fixtures constructed or installed in or on the Town Hall Theatre shall become the property of the Town, unless the removal of said improvements, additions and fixtures can be made without detraction from the appearance of the Town Hall Theatre, as determined solely by the Town.
