Facsimile and Scanned Signatures. This Addendum and the Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts and via facsimile signature, the counterparts and facsimiles of which, when taken together, shall be deemed to constitute an entire and original Addendum and Agreement. Except as may be otherwise expressly specified in this Exhibit, the insurance shall commence at or prior to the execution of the Agreement by the District and shall be maintained in force throughout the term of the Agreement.
