Facsimile/Electronic Signatures Clause Samples

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile transmission or by any other method of electronic execution and the parties may rely upon all such signatures as though such signatures were original signatures. I, the Participant, certify that I understand and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth above in this Agreement. Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. For all documents to be executed by the Parties pursuant hereto, except documents to be recorded or where originals are otherwise required, Escrow Holder is instructed to accept, and the Parties agree to accept, facsimile or electronic e-mail signatures of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ if the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or his representative has assured Escrow Holder that the original has been placed in regular mail to the Escrow Holder.

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. Any signature made and transmitted by facsimile or email for the purpose of executing this Agreement shall be deemed an original signature for purposes of this Agreement and shall be binding upon the party whose counsel transmits the signature page by facsimile or email.

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. A facsimile or a .pdf of a signature shall have the same force and effect as an original signature.

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. A facsimile or electronic representation of a signature shall be deemed as effective as an original signature.

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. A signed electronic or facsimile version of this Agreement shall have the same force and effect as a signed original of this Agreement. The Parties also agree where practicable to use electronic signature technology, to expedite the execution of this Agreement, pursuant to the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act in 2000 and/or the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile transmission or by any other method of electronic execution and the Participant and the IESO may rely upon all such signatures as though such signatures were original signatures.

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by a Party’s signature transmitted by facsimile or electronically, and copies of this Agreement executed and delivered by means of facsimile or electronic signatures will have the same force and effect as copies hereof executed and delivered with original signatures.

Facsimile/Electronic Signatures. The parties agree that this Agreement, and any counteroffer(s) or acceptance, may be delivered by use of facsimile or electronic means and that signatures, initials, and modifications (if any, and if signed and accepted by the parties) on facsimile or electronically transmitted documents are deemed valid and binding upon the parties as if the documents contained original signatures. The parties waive any Statute of Frauds defense to enforceability as a result of facsimile or electronic signatures. This Agreement may also be executed in counterparts and signed counterparts may be combined to make one Agreement, which shall be binding as if all signatures were on the same document.
