Facsimile or Email Signatures. Any Party may execute this Settlement Agreement by causing its counsel to sign on the designated signature block below and transmitting that page via facsimile or email for the purpose of executing this Settlement Agreement will be deemed an original signature for purposes of this Settlement Agreement and will be binding upon the Party whose counsel transmits the signature page by facsimile or email.
