Facsimiles Clause Samples

The Facsimiles clause establishes that copies of documents, such as those sent by fax or electronic transmission, are considered legally valid and enforceable as originals. In practice, this means that parties can sign, send, and rely on scanned or faxed versions of contracts and other legal documents without needing to exchange physical originals. This clause facilitates efficient and timely execution of agreements, reducing delays and logistical challenges associated with handling paper documents.
