Factory Acceptance Test. (FAT) by the Customer may be conducted at the Supplier's premises at least 30 calendar days prior to the shipment of the equipment. The schedule and procedure shall be presented to the Customer in due course. At the time of FAT, all the test data for each equipment or Product shall be presented to the Customer or its representatives. The foregoing shall not be construed as limiting any of the Supplier's obligations under this Agreement.
