Faculty Workload. A workload policy shall be developed by the College of Law using appropriate faculty governance mechanisms. The workload policy is subject to approval by the Office of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In the absence of an approved College workload policy enacted under this Article, the ▇▇▇▇ shall continue to make annual workload assignments for faculty pursuant to the College of Law's current workload policy. Such assignments are subject to the approval of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
