This article does not apply to employees with a seniority date prior to Jan In the reduction of crews, the junior men will be reduced. When a request is made by a Conductor holding a regular assignment for permission to revert to the spare board at North Bay, or and such request is approved by the General Chairperson, such request will be granted, when possible, on the understanding that such individual so applying must remain on the spare board, until next change of timetable.

  • Field Examination The Administrative Agent or its designee shall have conducted a field examination of the Loan Parties’ Accounts, Inventory and related working capital matters and of the Borrower’s related data processing and other systems, the results of which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Health Examination The University will provide to each member of the bargaining unit a physical examination at the time of employment. Thereafter, an exam will be provided if required by the appropriate accrediting authority or the University or by statute. Staff members returning from medical or disability leave must present a note from the treating physician which indicates the date the staff member was able to return to duty and certifying the staff member’s fitness to return to work full duty. The University may, at its own cost and expense, have a physician of its choosing perform a physical examination of the staff member to ensure fitness and capability to return to work.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.
