Failure to Report for Duty Clause Samples

The 'Failure to Report for Duty' clause defines the consequences and procedures that apply when an employee does not show up for work as scheduled. Typically, this clause outlines the required notification process for absences, the timeframe within which the employee must inform their employer, and the potential disciplinary actions for unexcused absences, such as warnings or termination. Its core function is to ensure workplace reliability and accountability by setting clear expectations and consequences for attendance issues.
