Failure to Cleanup. If the Contractor fails to clean up as provided in the Contract Documents, the District may do so, and the cost thereof shall be invoiced to the Contractor and deducted from the next progress payment. Each Subcontractor shall have the responsibility for the cleanup of its own Work. If the Subcontractor fails to clean up, the Contractor may do so and back- charge the Subcontractor.
