Failure to Meet Timelines. 20.16.2.1 Failure by the grievant or their representative, if any, to comply with the timelines in this Article will result in the automatic withdrawal of the grievance with prejudice. 20.16.2.2 Failure by the Employer to comply with the timelines will entitle the grievant or their representative, if any, to move the grievance to the next step of the procedure.
