Failure to Communicate a Decision. Time limits stipulated herein are considered maximums to ensure rapid resolution of problems. Time limits may be extended only by mutual agreement of all parties concerned. Failure of the Administration to adhere to the time limits shall affirm the grievance without prejudice. Failure of the grievant to adhere to the time limits will result in the Association's withdrawal of the grievance with prejudice.
