Failure to Comply with Eligibility Standards. It is a breach of this Contract if the PFI, in the Bank’s opinion, fails at any time to meet the eligibility standards for originating, selling or servicing Mortgages set forth in this Contract, the Guides or, if issued, the MPF Program Requirements.
Failure to Comply with Eligibility Standards. It is a breach of this Master Agreement if the PFI fails at any time to meet FHLB standards set forth in the FHLB Guidelines for eligible Mortgage Sellers or Servicers so that, in FHLB’s sole opinion, the PFI’s ability to comply with FHLB Guidelines, this Master Agreement, any other Program Documents, or the Guide is adversely affected.
Failure to Comply with Eligibility Standards. It is a breach of this Master Agreement if the Seller fails at any time to meet FHLBI standards for eligible Mortgage Sellers or Servicers so that, in FHLBI’s sole opinion, the Seller's ability to comply with FHLBI Guidelines, this Master Agreement, any other Program Documents, or the Guide is adversely affected.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirement Grantee will: a. comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. b. develop, implement and enforce a written policy that includes at a minimum the System Agency’s Child Abuse Screening, Documenting, and Reporting Policy for Grantees/Providers and train all staff on reporting requirements. c. use the System Agency Child Abuse Reporting Form located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/Contact Us/report abuse.asp as required by the System Agency. d. retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B. Grantee shall retain reporting documentation on site and make it available for inspection by the System Agency.

  • Regulation M Compliance The Company has not, and to its knowledge no one acting on its behalf has, (i) taken, directly or indirectly, any action designed to cause or to result in the stabilization or manipulation of the price of any security of the Company to facilitate the sale or resale of any of the Securities, (ii) sold, bid for, purchased, or, paid any compensation for soliciting purchases of, any of the Securities, or (iii) paid or agreed to pay to any Person any compensation for soliciting another to purchase any other securities of the Company, other than, in the case of clauses (ii) and (iii), compensation paid to the Company’s placement agent in connection with the placement of the Securities.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.
