Common use of Failure to Object Clause in Contracts

Failure to Object. Any Class Member who does not provide a timely written objection or who does not make a record of his or her objection at the Final Approval Hearing shall be deemed to have waived any objection and shall forever be foreclosed from making any objection to the fairness, reasonableness, or adequacy of the proposed Settlement, the Fee Application, the Fee and Expense Award, the Service Award Application, or the Service Awards.
