FAILURE TO SUBMIT OFFERS. Recipients of this solicitation not responding with an offer should not return this solicitation. Instead, they should advise the CO, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Agency Chief Contracting Officer, Contracts and Procurement Administration, Child and Family Services Agency, ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. Suite 2031, Washington, D.C. 20003, (202) 724- 5300, by letter or postcard whether they want to receive future solicitations for similar requirements. It is also requested that such recipients advise the CO of the reason for not submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation. If a recipient does not submit an offer and does not notify the CO that future solicitations are desired, the recipient's name may be removed from the applicable mailing list.

  • NOTICE OF INTENT TO SURRENDER Any other provision of this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, at least thirty (30) days prior to the normal expiration of the term of this Lease as noted under the heading TERM OF LEASE above, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence at the expiration of the Lease term. If said written notice is not timely given, the Tenant shall become a month-to-month tenant as defined by applicable Georgia law, and all provisions of this Lease will remain in full force and effect, unless this Lease is extended or renewed for a specific term by written agreement of Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant becomes a month-to-month tenant in the manner described above, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must give a thirty (30) day written notice to the Landlord of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s intention to surrender the residence. At any time during a month-to-month tenancy Landlord may terminate the month-to-month Lease by serving Tenant with a written notice of termination, or by any other means allowed by applicable Georgia law. Upon termination, Tenant shall vacate the premises and deliver same unto Landlord on or before the expiration of the period of notice.

  • Amendment to Subsection 9(m). Subsection 9(m)(i)(x) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

  • Effect of notice of prepayment A prepayment notice may not be withdrawn or amended without the consent of the Agent, given with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, and the amount specified in the prepayment notice shall become due and payable by the Borrower on the date for prepayment specified in the prepayment notice.

  • Effect of Notice of Redemption Once notice of redemption is mailed in accordance with Section 3.03 hereof, Notes called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the redemption date at the redemption price. A notice of redemption may not be conditional.

  • Inability of Lender to Submit Forms If any Lender determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Lender is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 13.1 or that such Lender is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Lender shall promptly notify the Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Lender shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.
