Common use of Fair use of the Services Clause in Contracts

Fair use of the Services. The Services are subject to fair use by you. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will ensure that you do not disrupt the use of other users of the Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will prevent Noisy Neighbours and will generally limit the ability of you to adversely affect other users and other Customers. Noisy Neighbor means you and/or a user that monopolizes bandwidth, disk I/O, CPU and other resources, and may negatively affect other users' cloud performance. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion determines that you are a Noisy Neighbour ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to temporarily limit your use of the Services. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will attempt to contact you prior to any corrective action. Any action by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to address a Noisy Neighbour and any disruption to your Services is excluded from the SLA for the Services.
