Fall Pre-Term Cancellation Fee Schedule. A student who desires release from the Housing Contract prior to September 1st but does not meet the criteria listed for cancellation under the contract cancellation provisions of the Housing Contract, may elect to pay a Fall Pre-Term Cancellation and be released.
