False Alarms. In the event a false fire alarm/fire extinguisher discharge is determined to have originated from the leased premises, Tenant will be assessed a fine equal to $500.00 per occurrence as well as any other damages and/or costs associated with the false alarm, in addition to any fine levied by the civil authorities, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
False Alarms. There are no refunds for the time that an event is interrupted by an alarm or evacuation of the premises.

False Alarms. In the event there are an excessive number of false calls through the carelessness of Client or Client’s tenants or the malicious or accidental use of the monitoring system, or in the event Client shall in any manner misuse or abuse the monitoring system, it shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement on the part of the Client, and Kings III may, at its option, in addition to all other legal remedies, be excused from further performance upon the giving of five (5) days written notice to Client.

If Company or a governmental authority dispatches an agent to respond to a false alarm originating from the Premises, where Client intentionally, accidentally or negligently has activated the alarm signal, of if AIS makes any repair call caused by the inadvertence or negligence of Client, Client shall, in addition to being responsible for any and all fees and all fines assessed by the appropriate governmental authority with respect to such false alarms, pay to AIS the charges for a service call at its then existing rates.
False Alarms. 6.1. We reserve the right to terminate your Agreement or to charge you for False Alarms if an excessive number of False Alarms occur. For these purposes, “excessive” means, in any 12 month period, 5 or more False Alarms that are not caused by us or by any circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

In order to cancel any request for interventions that is not needed, You shall promptly notify Vodafone Automotive if any False Alarm occurs, as well as if the vehicle requires maintenance or repair; or if the vehicle is disconnected for an extended period of time. Failure to notify may determine a payment of a penalty, and if an excessive number of False Alarms occurs, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement and to charge You for any expenses, costs, charges, incurred for False Alarms. For these purposes, “excessive” means, in any 12 (twelve) months period, 5 (five) or more False Alarms that are not caused by Us or by any circumstances beyond Your reasonable control. You should call the Secure Operating Centre before leaving Your vehicle for service or repairs in order to reduce the possibility of excessive False Alarms being sent from the vehicle.
