Common use of Familiarization Clause in Contracts

Familiarization. a) Familiarization training is for situations where Employees already have the qualifications and competencies for their position and do not require instructions to be able to apply their knowledge in a new work environment. b) Employees assigned to provide this familiarization training shall receive no additional remuneration.
