Fatigue Mitigation Transportation. 1. In the event a Resident is too fatigued to drive home safely at the end of a shift, or is required to return to the worksite when assigned to home call or jeopardy less than eight (8) hours after leaving their last shift, the Resident has the following options: a. Sleep in an available call room until able to drive safely; or
