Common use of Features and Functions Clause in Contracts

Features and Functions. The Products shall have the features and functions and be installed in accordance with the Project Deliverables Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit 1. With regard to any Phase 2 or later Component of the Products, unless otherwise agreed, the features and functions set forth on Exhibit 1 shall be minimum features and functions. Such Components shall have at least the features and functions set forth on Exhibit 1, and the features and functions of the previous version of such Component, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, and shall have such other or additional features and functions as may be mutually agreed by the parties.
