Federally Funded Contracts Clause Samples

The Federally Funded Contracts clause establishes requirements and obligations for contracts that are financed in whole or in part by federal government funds. This clause typically mandates compliance with specific federal laws, regulations, and reporting standards, such as those related to equal employment opportunity, anti-kickback statutes, or audit rights. Its core function is to ensure that all parties involved in a federally funded project adhere to the legal and regulatory standards set by the federal government, thereby safeguarding the proper use of public funds and minimizing legal or financial risks.
