Fee Increase Clause Samples
A Fee Increase clause establishes the conditions under which the fees charged under an agreement may be raised during the contract term. Typically, this clause outlines the permissible frequency and maximum percentage of fee adjustments, and may require advance written notice to the other party before any increase takes effect. Its core practical function is to provide a transparent mechanism for adjusting fees in response to changing costs or market conditions, while protecting both parties from unexpected or arbitrary price hikes.
