Fee Proposal. For this suggested scope of work, we propose a budget of $8000 monthly retainer for one year. We will absorb routine expenses, such as telecom and data fees and photocopying, within our monthly retainer. This contract will include the yearly update on the road network condition, reported as PCI (Pavement Condition Index). The roads will be surveyed by LiDAR technology to improve reliability and consistency year over year. The sidewalks and municipal property pavement final assessments will be incorporated in capital planning processes and future funding requests.
