Common use of Fee Rate Clause in Contracts

Fee Rate. Thirty basis points (0.30%) with respect to the first $150,000,000 of the average daily net assets of the Fund; twenty-five basis points (0.25%) with respect to the next $250,000,000 of the average daily net assets of the Fund; and twenty-two basis points (0.22%) with respect to the average daily net assets of the Fund in excess of $400,000,000.

Fee Rate. Thirty Thirty-five basis points (0.300.35%) with respect to the first $150,000,000 of the average daily net assets of the Fund; twenty-five thirty basis points (0.250.30%) with respect to the next $250,000,000 of the average daily net assets of the Fund; and twenty-two five basis points (0.220.25%) with respect to the average daily net assets of the Fund in excess of $400,000,000.
