Fees and Expenses of Arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own expenses in connection with the arbitration, including, but not limited to, witness and attorney's fees, and any fees for preparation of the case. Transcripts shall not be required. Either party may, however, request a transcript provided that the party making such a request shall be solely responsible for the cost. All fees and expenses of the arbitrator and the court reporter, if any, shall be split equally between the parties.
