We assess a fee each time an item is presented for payment that we either pay, resulting in an overdraft, or which we decline pay because payment of the item would result in an overdraft had we paid it. If we pay an item in accordance with Courtesy Pay, we will charge you a Courtesy Pay Fee. There is no limit on the total fees we can charge you for overdrafting your account.

If we pay an item in accordance with Courtesy Discretionary Pay, we will charge you a Courtesy Discretionary Pay Fee. However, we will not charge you a fee for any item that overdraws your account by $5.00 or less. There is no limit on the total fees we can charge you for overdrafting your account.
