Common use of Fees for the Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for the Services. (a) As compensation for the Services, Beam agrees to pay H&S, in accordance with this Agreement, all amounts as set forth on Schedule A and in Section 3.1(b). Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the amount of any monthly service fee shall be prorated in the event that the corresponding Services were provided for only a portion of a given month. (b) In addition to the compensation set forth on Schedule A, H&S shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable and customary out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the performance of the Services pursuant to this Agreement.
