Common use of Fees for the Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for the Services. 7.1 Claranet shall provide a valid VAT invoice to the Customer for the Fees. Unless otherwise stated in an Order, SOW or Letter of Engagement, the Customer shall pay to Claranet the Fees for the Services within 14 days of the date of sending of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s invoice. Where more than one Service is included in any Order or Letter of Engagement, Claranet may invoice the Fees for each of the Services separately. All Fees are stated exclusive of VAT which shall be paid by the Customer at the rate prevailing from time to time. 7.2 The provision of the Services may be subject to the completion of an installation site survey by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the cost of the Customer (“Installation Charges”). The Installation Charges shall be mutually agreed by the Parties. Claranet shall not be obliged to conduct a site survey until the Installation Charges have been agreed by the Parties. 7.3 Claranet may alter the amount of, or the payment terms relating to the Fees at any time during the Term for the following reasons:
