Common use of Fees Payable Clause in Contracts

Fees Payable. The Borrower and the Guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable to pay: 7.1. all costs, fees, expenses and other charges legal or otherwise including stamp duty incurred in the preparation and execution of this Agreement and any other relevant documents necessary under the provisions hereof; 7.2. all legal fees incurred by NAFA and/or the Bank on an indemnity basis and other costs and disbursements in connection with demanding and enforcing payment of monies due hereunder and/or any of the covenants, undertakings, stipulations, terms and conditions contained in this Agreement; and the Bank may debit the Borrower’s account towards the whole or part payment of the above.
