Fence Clause Samples
The Fence clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities related to the construction, maintenance, or repair of fences on a property. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for building or maintaining the fence, the standards or materials to be used, and any cost-sharing arrangements if the fence borders another property. This clause ensures clear allocation of duties and costs, helping to prevent disputes between parties regarding boundary demarcation and property upkeep.
